A 45-60 minute individual or group psychotherapy session each week with me exploring your needs and concerns.

Topics to explore:

Anxiety
Anxiety is a response when we feel that we are under threat. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. Do your thoughts feel overwhelming at times? Do you feel nervous or uncomfortable? That’s okay. Let's talk about where that stems and create some tools to help you through.

Life Transitions
Life changes can happen. It can make us feel out of place for some time till we adjust. New emotions can come up while navigating new changes in your life. That’s okay. Let’s talk about how we can adjust to this experience.

Self-Esteem
Sometimes we can feel unsure about how we feel about ourselves. How do you view yourself? Your confidence may not be where you would like it to be. That’s okay. Let’s look at your strengths and be curious about your needs with strategy.

Relationships
How we show up in our relationships informs how we live our life. Have you wondered how to become a better communicator? Have some of your relationships been challenging to manage? That’s okay. Let us talk about how we can listen to what matters for you and your relationships and explore tools that can work .

Trauma
Has an event or experience resulted in physical or emotional harm? Let’s process the circumstance and how it has impacted your daily life by learning tools that work for you when triggers appear.

Crisis
Has a situation caused much stress? Have you felt distressed and your coping resources no longer work? The intensity of a crisis may have you feel out of control. That’s okay. Let us process these feelings and find an emotional balance.

Cultural Identity
Identity attributes such as sexual orientation, gender, socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, cultural normalities, age, and spirituality will be considered in counseling sessions. We can speak on theses identity pieces.

Identity Development
Have you been feeling out of sync with yourself lately? That’s okay. Counseling sessions can process or develop a sense of understanding of yourself within the context of your values and normalities.

Depression
Feeling a loss of pleasure or interest that impacts you significantly? Let us explore why.
